Machines and tests would never operate without us!
Having graduated from the industrial college, I worked in Orenburg region, but have always wanted more. I decided to hunt for a job in Khimki, because I was interested in the space industry. And at last, I got job in March 2016! The paperwork was done fast. I have got not only a new job but a room in the hostel and the opportunity to continue my education at the company’s expense as well. In summer, I worked and attended preliminary courses, and then passed the exams to enter Moscow Aviation Institute, the faculty of Aircraft engines. We have some changes undergoing in the company, for example, we’re being relocated from the hostels to rented apartments. “NPO Energomash” compensates the rent, giving me more space to live.” “I work with the compressor units at the workshop. I like to be concerned in a common business and to help our nation.
I arrived at JSC NPO Energomash and got job here nine years ago, because my mom and my grandparents used to work here. They told me that an interesting work was waiting for me here – and that turned out to be true! Though I did not study space science at the University, I started working at the chemical lab and did well. We directly take part in testing the rocket engines, which is a demanding job. Our department is now being reinforced with more young specialists, which means continuity of HR. The elder generation is sharing their experience, which is the only way to keep the traditions alive. What else I do dig at NPO Energomash… Stability, diverse job tasks, and career opportunities – I started working as a grade 2 test engineer and then took a position of a leading test engineer. My child visits doctors at our company’s clinic and attends a “Vympel” summer camp, which helps our family a lot.
