ADAPTATION PROGRAMS

Traditionally, during their first year at the enterprise young specialists get to know its (enterprise’s) history, first at the NPO Energomash showroom, and then on the factory floor. Adaptation meetings take place during a year. Guidance system has also been developed for even more effective adaptation.
